TVS Emerald Acquires 7.18 Acres In Southeast Bengaluru For Premium Housing Project, Eyes ₹700 CR Revenue

TVS Emerald, the real estate arm of the TVS Group, has carried out a strategic land acquisition near Rayasandra Lake in southeast Bengaluru. The company recently acquired a new land parcel of 7.18 acres which will be developed into a premium residential project that is expected to bring in over ₹700 crore of revenue.

“ The site is an ideal location to create a high-end residential community, with its central location and connectivity to various parts of the city,,” said Sriram Iyer, TVS Emerald Director and CEO. He complemented this wit stating that it also undersigned our plans to establish a solid presence in the Bengaluru’s burgeoning real estate space.

• Radial Road & Padur (Chennai): Strategic land buys for expanding in Tamil Nadu

With these add on, TVS Emerald now has over 8 million sq. ft. of development potential across cities — and the Rayasandra project is another step in its premium housing journey.

The company is still to announce the real launch date and configuration details, but expectations are high given its track record and location choice.
